At Farmboy, our meats are smoked daily; and many of them require 16-20 hours in the smoker. Therefore a minimum of a 24-hours notice is needed; and for some meats like brisket, or pulled pork; we may need 48-hours notice. Many of our vegetables, eggs, and other produce are purchased directly from local farmers, therefore we may not be able to produce all menu items on a daily basis. However, this ensures that you are always getting the most fresh and high quality ingredients available in Arizona!
Our catering menu is setup for a minimum of 10 people. Your choices include hot or cold sandwiches, including condiments, and sides.
We are able to create custom catering menus for your meeting or gathering; however these may require more time to plan and prepare for. We ask that any custom menu requests be submitted at least 1-week prior to your event.View Catering Menu
